It’s aimlessly to contrast yourself to the science, advocating your opinion insistently. Ideas and theories request belief and verification. First is necessary to stimulate implementation of the second one. I would like this material is being accepted not as an opposite to scientific thinking, but as a start for new conceptualization of many events, which are happing with us. And as a result, it’s a possibility to manage these events in the frames of self-improvement. Many processes, mentioned in the article, are looking sensationally. But what that everybody can do, will not be sensational very fast.

A network is full of lots of interpretations of biorhythms and programs for their calculation. I am not going at all to add a number to this rank. I appreciate ideas and theories, but always and everywhere I am looking for practical implementation for all conclusions. I have tested a formula of the rhythmical row at myself during many years. I will not involve you in details, but inform about results immediately.

It is really so that I was a pursy sore human from a child. By the first class I already had a good list, comprising three pneumonia and lots of flu and angina, as well as mumps, arrhythmia and etc. And this is by that there is hot and warm weather in our region during almost a whole year. My physical indicators were not better. I was not able to run the hundred meters and to hang on the horizontal bar. I can further enumerate my troubles, but don’t have enough time and wish for it. When I was fourteen years old I started to go in for sports and it had a positive influence to my health. I became thin and strong. But I didn’t feel cardinal changes in health and appearance. Until I became 18 years old, I led a usual good and enough sporting life. Then the formula is appeared. How and where is another and a little fantastic story. Will leave its till the appropriate time in order to do not try a patience of an academic audience. It will be enough to start with description of my portrait and life way. Will start without delay.

Now I’m 30 years old. My tall is 184 centimeters. My weight is depending on seasons 95-105 kg. My picture is attached. % of fat is in the bounds of 15. it means an athletic constitution. Still there is nothing special. But further everything is complicating. I am absolute vegetarian more than 10 years. Will explain the difference between vegetarianism and absolute vegetarianism. I’m not eating zoogenic protein in any form, i.e. meat, fish, bird….as well as I’m not eating milk and milk products, as well as other products that include them. In principle, it’s possible the medical professional will say, but unlikely, considering the above-mentioned characteristics. Most probably I have to eat lots of zoogenic protein. But further there is a zone of full scientific nonsense of my diet regime. I am practically not eating beans and soy. Rather saying, I don’t eat them last time at all. In general my food is very simple. It is rice, buckwheat and other cereal products, potatoes. Soups are including the same ingredients. Boiled and fresh fruits and vegetables. The last argument of a traditional medicine is that in accordance with vegetarian animals, I have to eat a whole day and night to keep my metabolism. Though, I am usually eating 3, very seldom it is 4 times a day. And my portion is not very big. I will mention, that periodically I am eating ascorbic acid and calcium. These simply deducible elements are necessary in hot and dry region independently from the ration.

Where are the muscles from? It’s a reasonable question. It’s visual that they are obviously more than the nature usually gives to the most genetically talented individual. What can we say about the human, whose family tree is consisting of intellectuals till the seventh knee? I don’t think it’s reasonable to rise a question about anabolic steroids with the person, who doesn’t want to be connected with toxins of zogenic proteins. So it means the training to the seven sweat and life in the exercisers’ room. It’s a disappointment in the skeptics’ ranks. Yes, I am exercising in the exercise room, but not more than 3 times per week and only 30-40 minutes. Sometimes, I would like more, but don’t have enough time. Such propositions will cause skeptic sneer both on faces of medics and biologists, and bouncy laugh in the ranks of athletic sportsmen – bodybuilders. I am not going to report to anybody at all. Because I am not offering you illusory theory or dogma, but a concrete tool that will help anybody to be adjusted to your organism frequency and achieve biggest results than mine. As I’m not fully following my own program.

There is one principal moment for populists. It’s possibility of reproduction. As you could see already, I’m together with my 6 years daughter at the picture. A simple calculation shows that such feat was made 4 years after fully refusal from such called” balanced ration. RITMIX (RITM-X) is a program that illustrates variation processes in activity of all human organism’s systems.
I will say somewhat previous, that I cannot explain you many events and principles directly. In order to understand a full picture you will need to accept them in the form presented by me. Some fundamental basics of rhythmical row formula can be previewed in the section “Formula” in the program itself.

Functioning of any system in our Spatial and temporary continuum (STC) is provided by a combination of progressive and waning rhythms. A human organism is also the system and it’s fluctuating according to the preset amplitudes. RYTM-X aim is to provide a human with information about processes, which are taking place in the organism in an understandable form. Besides that, it’s aimed to give a possibility to create optimal conditions for system’s activity. But, before we start talking about the regulation, let’s me explain you a principle of this program’s work.

Generation of any system in STC is accompanied by inserting its variation system to the variation system of future environment. This is a main principle applicable for all life organisms at the earth and it is looking as following. When we come to any environment, we adjust ourselves to the main and most important fluctuating moment of environment that is changing of day and night. This 24 hours interval becomes a starting point for forming a whole hierarchy of rhythmical cycles of our organism. An organ that is responsible for initial adjustment and primary impulse of each rhythmical row is a solar plexus. It adjusts variation of organism energy to the circadian rhythm such way that light and dark part of the earth day takes a full cycle. It’s connected with the fact that the system requests a constant adjustment and it needs a full completed cycle of impulse to each phase (passive and active) of external environment. Further cycling fluctuations start to weave their net of macro and micro rhythms’ levels. It is happened in accordance with the formula of the rhythmical row. All combinations of rhythmical fluctuations during the life are put in 9 RITM-X maps. The map of a basic diapason, creating a network of all rhythms is located in the center. Moving to the side of increasing number of cycles is forming a net of macro cycles with constant increasing of cell’s diapason in 14 times. Full damping of a primary impulse is happening during reaching of the last level (3.5) and the system is considered as elaborated its over limit. The same principal is working at the low diapason. It means in the sphere of micro cycles. Here each next cell is reducing its diapason in 14 times. A lowest limit of fluctuations in the system is being reached by the map 3.5. All spatial and time characteristics are very strongly connected to the rhythmical row. All internal organism systems are localized on its basis. Besides, distribution and transformation of energy inside the system known as a human is being implemented by its formula. I’m not going to overwhelm you by big massive of information, contained in RITM-X, but would like to note that in its current form it’s describing its own fluctuations in the human organism. But it is the most consummate tool for staring a global improvement of oneself. For example, I didn’t have it until the latest time. I had to calculate everything manually, making models of maps from available materials. But difficulties are left behind; let’s start to more ahead using new opportunities.

I fully understand, that very small groups of people are ready to make real changes of their selves.
